I joined GE as a young professional fresh out of the University of Cincinnati during the early nineties. We had great managers that mentored us to be smart, aggressive and confident. Jack Welch built a culture that we embraced throughout the entire GE organization. We took smart risks, and implemented cutting-edge tools and technologies for our Customers.
